Panhandle Management, LLC was established in March of 2007 by Carmen Souders.
Carmen has lived in the Florida Panhandle for 40 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Social Sciences with a focus on pre-law and political science. After working in the legal field for 5 years, she was looking for a more fulfilling career. With the influence of Real Estate agents, she began her pursuit into Real Estate earning her Sales license in 2001 and then her Broker's license in 2008. She was then introduced to the world of Condo and HOA management and earned her Community Association Management (CAM) license in 2005. She has also achieved the status of a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in 2006 and Association Management Specialist (AMS) in 2008 from the Community Association Institute (CAI), which is the only national certification program for managers of homeowner and condominium associations. After working as a portfolio manager for a few years, she decided to start her own company March 2007. Her first contracted associations are still with Panhandle Management today, sixteen years later. The company has grown to over 30 associations in Okaloosa and Walton counties as well as a portfolio of residential rentals and sales.
